Print Deck is a made-to-order print shop. Every item is produced specifically for you after you place your order, so please read the timelines below before checkout.

Production Time

Because nothing is pre-made, each order goes into production once payment is confirmed.

  • Apparel (tees, hoodies, etc.): 2-5 business days
  • Wall art and prints: 2-4 business days
  • Multi-item orders: production time reflects the slowest item in the order

Production time does not include weekends or statutory holidays. During peak periods (November-December, major sales events), production may take an additional 2-3 business days. We'll note any known delays on the site if they come up.

Shipping Time

Once an item leaves production, transit time depends on destination:

Canada (domestic)

  • Standard: 4-8 business days
  • Total estimated delivery (production + shipping): 6-13 business days

United States

  • Standard: 5-10 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 7-15 business days

International

  • Standard: 10-20 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 12-25 business days
  • Customs clearance can add unpredictable delays outside our control

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs holds, and severe weather can push delivery outside these windows.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order size. We occasionally run free-shipping thresholds or promotions — any active offer will be shown in your cart.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves production. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to activate after you receive that email.

Multiple Items, Multiple Packages

If your order includes both apparel and wall art, it may arrive in separate packages on different days, since these are fulfilled by different production partners. You'll get separate tracking numbers for each.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because production starts immediately, we're often unable to change an address once an order is placed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number. We'll work with our production partner to send a replacement or issue a resolution once the claim is verified with the carrier.
