How and when your order leaves our Toronto production floor.
We ship Canada-wide by courier (currently UniUni). We don’t currently ship outside Canada.
Standard items ship for a flat $9.99 CAD anywhere in Canada, and free on orders of $199 CAD or more (order subtotal before tax). The shipping charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay, and it is the only delivery charge.
Oversize products, such as large banners, signs and boards, are not eligible for the flat rate or free shipping because their delivery cost depends on size, weight and where they are going. On those product pages choose Request a quote and give your delivery postal code. We add up production, delivery and tax and email you one delivered price, valid for 14 days. You pay only after you approve it.
Every product page shows its turnaround, typically 2–4 business days for standard items; large-format, apparel, and specialty finishes can take longer. Where a product offers same-day production, its page says so, and the 11:00am local time cut-off applies. Processing time starts once your artwork and proof are approved, not when the order is placed. Turnaround is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Once a package leaves our facility, transit is typically 1–5 business days depending on how far you are from Toronto. These are estimates: the carrier sets the actual delivery date. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
We’re not responsible for carrier delays once a package is picked up, but we are responsible for getting it to you. If tracking stalls or shows a package as lost, contact us and we’ll open a trace with the carrier and reprint or refund the order if it doesn’t turn up. Keep the product and packaging and contact us within 10 business days of delivery with photos. Confirmed shipping damage is reprinted or refunded at no charge, including the shipping cost.
